The tour begins in the vineyards, with the magnificent landscape of the Sintra mountains in the background and the Pena Palace. Here you will be given a short introduction to the project and the Colares region. Next, you'll learn about the organic farming practices used at Quinta de San Michel, while in the winery you'll learn about the winemaking processes for their excellent wines. At the end, you will taste two premium white wines, full of freshness and salinity, and one sparkling wine which is made of the Malvasia grape from Colares, accompanied by a selection of regional products (bread, cheese, homemade jam, etc.).
